Refund Policy for the Biz Connect Mixer
We value your participation and understand that plans may sometimes change. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone involved and to cover the costs associated with providing deeply discounted services—such as professional branding portraits from our renowned photographer—we have established the following refund policy:
Refund Requests:
Refund requests must be submitted no later than 48 hours (2 days) before the event start time. This policy allows us to effectively plan and ensure that we can cover the cost of the photographer and the event, both of which are subsidized to make this experience more accessible to our community of entrepreneurs.
Non-Refundable Fees:
Refunds requested after the 48-hour window will not be processed, as resources for the event will already have been allocated.
How to Request a Refund:
Please email us at jsbuford@thebufordco.com with the subject line “Refund Request – Branding Portrait.”
Include your full name, order number, and reason for the refund request.
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
Cancellations by Organizers:
In the unlikely event that we must cancel the Biz Connect Mixer, all participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their ticket to a future event.
